Shipping of Inflatables

Our inflatables and accessories are shipped F.O.B. carrier from our factory in Azusa, CA. We use the services of major common carriers and delivery services and, for foreign orders, freight forwarders.

All costs and expenses relating to shipment (including insurance, customs expenses, duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. Generally, we ship freight collect, unless the buyer makes other arrangements.

Shipments will be insured at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We assume no responsibility for placing a valuation upon a shipment unless requested to do so by the buyer, at the buyer’s expense.

We may authorize partial shipments of orders to facilitate earliest possible delivery, provided we have been paid in full for the entire order.

Buyers must inspect packages for damage before signing the bill of lading. Buyers should refuse the shipment if the package is damaged or make a note on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) for further claim evaluation. Any freight claim must be submitted to the freight carrier immediately.

This is an abbreviated listing of our terms and conditions. For a complete list, please download our terms and conditions.

Delivery Dates

We estimate delivery dates based on current and anticipated factory loads as well as estimated shipping dates.

While we do our very best to provide accurate delivery times, we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery.

How to Install Inflatables

Your inflatable will come with complete instructions for setup, takedown, cleaning and storing. However, here are some general guidelines to get you started:

Where to set up inflatables

Always set up your inflatable on flat ground that’s been cleared of anything that may puncture the fabric, such as rocks, sticks and tree cones. Put a tarp on the ground under the inflatable and make sure that the inflatable, when fully inflated, will be well clear of overhead power lines and trees.

Move your inflatable with care. Don’t drag it over rough surfaces or sharp objects or it may tear.

How to set up inflatables

Unroll and unfold the inflatable, then attach the blower to the port. The port is typically located on the back or side of the inflatable. If there are additional ports, turn the material clockwise and tie it to the port or use rope to close off the additional ports. Close any compartments with zippers or Velcro.

Power the blower with one or more 14-guage (or heavier) extension cords that are no more than 100 feet in length. Use one 20-amp fuse or one 110-volt outlet for each blower. (Using a cord that’s not thick enough can damage the blower.)

Turn on the blower. Ensure that no air is escaping from vents or ports, and check that the port leading to the blower is not twisted. Drive in stakes at all four corners of the inflatable at 45-degree angles. Stake tie-outs for larger inflatables.

How to take down inflatables

Remove loose debris by sweeping or vacuuming inside. Use a vacuum crevice tool to get into small spaces and seams. Turn off the blower and disconnect it from the inflatable—making sure no one is inside or near the inflatable. Open any Velcro or zipper flaps, vents, and ports to allow the inflatable to deflate.

How to Clean Inflatables

Clean your inflatable after each use. This is most easily done while the inflatable is still inflated. After removing debris, apply a cleaning product. Always check manufacturer recommendations before using. Some cleaning products are designed to be used with vinyl, while others may cause damage.

After cleaning the inflatable, use a disinfectant, such as Lysol or Clorox spray, to kill germs and bacteria that may still be present on surfaces.

How to Store Inflatables

Store your inflatable in a cool, shaded area to protect it from damage caused by heat or direct sunlight.

Make sure your inflatable is completely dry before storing. Damp inflatables can develop mold and mildew, causing unpleasant odors and health problems. Mold can also permanently stain vinyl fabrics.
